Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

if you placed an order after noon EST, it will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. All orders should arrive approximately 3-5 business days from when you purchased it. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We accept returns of undamaged and unopened items within 15 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5-7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After logging in at Asoftoday.com, click “Loyalty Rewards” from the menu under your name on the left side. Then, you will see the “Earn Points” icon on the right, where you can check your membership points.

When you click “Earn Points,” the “Redeem Points” option will appear in the left menu. You can then use your points to claim coupons. Simply click on the coupon you want to redeem and apply it.

After logging in, click “Friend Level” in the left menu to view your level.
